Hello — I’m Masha

I’m a person of art, someone who sees beauty in details and loves bringing it to life.
I’m endlessly curious — always learning, trying new things, and exploring different crafts and forms of self-expression.
I believe that beauty is a powerful force that exists everywhere and in everyone, and I’m grateful for the chance to reveal it through my work every day.

My Story

It was back in 2015 — the era of questionable decisions, student loans, and the kind of confidence only a 20-year-old design student can have. One evening, armed with a box of drugstore black hair dye and absolutely no fear, I turned my own head into a DIY experiment. Spoiler: it didn’t go well.

The next morning, I walked into a salon looking like a gothic version of myself… and four hours later, I walked out a blonde.  A blonde!

What happened next is hard to explain, but I’ll try. My whole energy shifted. I suddenly felt confident, strong, magnetic — like someone had turned the brightness up on my life. People smiled at me more, were kinder, more open. Work flowed.

Opportunities appeared. Everything somehow became… easier.

And that’s when it hit me:
If hair could do THAT for me, what could it do for someone else?

The world is full of ways to improve your life — therapy, self-help books, personal growth journeys… all wonderful, but all long, emotional, and sometimes painfully expensive. But changing your hair?
That magic is instant.

A haircut, a new color, a different shape — and suddenly a woman sees herself differently. She stands differently. She moves differently. She looks in the mirror and meets a version of herself she hasn’t seen in years — or maybe ever.

That transformation felt like real magic to me.
And I wanted to learn it. I wanted to give it.

After four years in art school, spending my days designing beautiful things, I realized something important: the most beautiful, unique piece of art in the world… is a human being.

Unlike a blank canvas, every person comes with their own features, energy, history, softness, angles, stories. And as an artist, I get to help that beauty unfold — like a flower.

That moment when someone sits up, looks in the mirror, smiles with their whole heart, and whispers, “Oh wow… that’s me?”
— that moment is why I do what I do.

To this day, I still believe hair has the power to change how we feel, how we move, how we live.
And I’m simply the artist who helps bring that version of you forward.

@Mounir masterclass in Dubai

One of the things I value most in my work is continuous learning — especially when it comes from true masters of the craft.
Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a masterclass in Dubai with Manir, a world-renowned blond-specialist whose work I’ve admired for years.
The whole experience felt like a creative explosion — inspiring, vibrant, and full of techniques I couldn’t wait to bring into my own practice.

I’m deeply grateful for the knowledge he shared, the little secrets, the philosophy behind perfect blondes — and I’m excited to use everything I learned so every blond client leaves my studio absolutely glowing.
Manir is a stylist I deeply respect, and his contribution to the beauty industry continues to inspire me every day.
